After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, regional restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through your registered email address, mobile number or WhatsApp.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

Please contact us immediately if you need to update your address. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, customer unavailability or repeated failed delivery attempts.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number.

We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you with the delivery status.

Damaged Package

If the outer package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take photographs before opening it.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery if the product inside is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete.
